Dr. Robert E Finch /  founder of the Angels Human Trust

Dr. Finch is  an extremely accomplished physicist, ... notably recognized in several fields 

of advanced science [chemistry – metallurgy – geology – biology],

        .... and a genius financial and precious metals platform trader.

He has always been actively engaged in promoting human welfare and social reforms...  

particularly in these later stages of his life. He is without prejudice concerning human suffering on grounds of gender, 

religious or national divisions. His goal has, and continues to be, a desire to save lives, relieve suffering, and maintain 

human dignity in this ever-wDorsening world we live in.

He has in the past provided rescue and safety for certain political refugees, provided shelter and food for various homeless

people, and has even helped people in the aftermath of certain natural disasters.

            But now he expects to provide help and continuance on a far more grandiose scale....

His intention is to battle disease, hunger and violence in some of the most inhospitable situations around the world through

the newly established ANGELS HUMAN TRUST (AHT).

However, this humanitarian “structured help” will be offered ONLY for “mandated participant country(ies)”, who will be

respectfully governed in accordance with his monumentally created and so written…

                                                            “CONSTITUTION for the PEOPLE of AMERICA and the WORLD” (CPAW).

But first, to establish the validity, viability, and endearment of the (AHT)... his plan is to implement this much needed

program of sustenance, perpetuation, and happiness in America. The American people, he believes, are ready for a more

orderly and helpful form of governance through the acceptance and adherence to the (CPAW)… the helpmate to mankind.

He proposes to promote human welfare and ideas of people; to bring about change in the normal behavioral patterns of

society and ONGOING help/aid by giving money or necessities for those in need. Necessities could be in the form of food,

water, clothing, shelter, equipment and medical supplies in all forms, which give relief to people in unfortunate and

desperate situations… 

          But, here again, ONLY for those who care to accept the terms of his generosity as “structurally mandated”

          in the (CPAW)…. which WILL alleviate the stress of not having the “basics” for an abundant life.”

It takes alot for a person to care about someone they don't personally know. It is a wonderful human ability to be able to

understand struggle, loss, pain and fear.....  and to turn that understanding into a humanitarian act. In turn, this brings

happiness, not only to the one(s) in need, but to the person(s) giving the helping hand. 

At the end of the day, he does not look for glory or praise.

          His main goal is to make a difference in the world, which the poor and malnourished live in, … 

              to make someone's life better than what it is, … 

                  and to ease the plight of people that have little hope.

The workplace of a humanitarian is not subject to one particular place. It can be anywhere in the world that is in need

of help. A humanitarian is someone that acknowledges the importance of forming strong working bonds with their

community and other communities. 

The ANGELS HUMIAN TRUST will provide such a venue for that accomplishment.

Richard A. Cahill is a Canadian.  Raised and schooled in Toronto, Ontario, he studied the

sciences and completed his religious studies at London Baptist Seminary London, Ontario.

He is skilled in Social Economic solutions and understands the intricacies of constitutional

documents, as they define various countries, their governments and corporations.

The intentions of The Angels Human Trust are to create permanent solutions to complicated

world problems, one country at a time. Every country must create solutions that work best

for them and their people.

to end poverty, pollution, and create a new modern infrastructure for each country.

An experienced contractor in his own right, and as Director of Operations of AHT, he co-

ordinates with our team of experts in conjunction with the leader(s) of the country

to develop every aspect of a country’s needs.

The definition of infrastructure is the basic facilities and installations that help a country

or community run... including roads, schools, communications , water , sewage treatment

plant and power generation, etc.

The infrastructure required for any country falls under the following categories:

     · Energy which includes Dams, Wind, Solar, Nuclear and Fueled Power plants.

     · Water and Wastewater systems.

     · Communications and Information Technologies.

     · Food and Agriculture including Hydroponic Farms.

     · Health Care.

     · Transportation including air, rail and roads.

     · Manufacturing and Chemical industries.

Dr. Raj Vyas is a scientist with exraorodinary talents  in various fields of chemistry, physics,

geology, and aquatic affectations. There are many situations which require expertise in whether

or not certain proposed applications of mechanical and/or resources aid can be accomplished.

Geological and chemical effects of infrastructure building on the environment are of paramount

importance to the AHT.  Dr. Vyas will see to the feasibility of all structural building, underground 

                                                          tunneling, and/or land-moving... AND that they will meet acceptably safe codes.

Dr. G J Munn, PhD./physics  - Director of Research, Communications, & Computerization /

The ANGELS HUMAN TRUST

Dr. Munn, among his many other attributes as a scientist. is also an expert in the field of research AND... 

coordination of such research with practical means of resolving problems such as catastrophic events

and/or ongoing poverty.

Such American, world emergencies, and/or impoverished conditions, require increased collaboration

among investigators and aid organizations, to quickly identify strategies to ensure uptake of evidence into policy and practice. 

However, the EXECUTION of such determinants ALWAYS get bogged down in red-tape;

      -- general confusion due to lack of communication

          -- vendor time of payment coordination between gov’t an local agencies

               -- and THEFT OF AID FUNDS.

This will not be so with The ANGELS HUMAN TRUST (AHT), due to our OWN COLLECTIVE ADMINISTRATORS AND FUNDING. When an organi-

zation has its OWN FUNDS, and an EFFICIENT team to execute.... this affords a lightening, efficient, cost-effective, and wasteless response

to any emergency with continued sustenance.

Natural disasters affect about 160 million people worldwide each year, with a disproportionate impact falling on those living in America

and low-and middle income countries (LMIC). Another 170 million people globally have lives disrupted by armed conflict resulting in

displacement, and/or lack of security -  clean water – sanitation – medicine – and adequate food supply.

Emergencies must be accessed accurately and quickly for proper rectification and return to stability. Accessing already accumulated

statistics form the  NIH Disaster Research Response program is only one facet integral to our data collection and protocols.

The AHT project will build on that by adding focus on LMIC settings, and take a far deeper look at cross-cutting challenges such as:

methodological barriers, ethical issues, partnership strategies, research capacity building, implementation science, and research 

uptake/updating data.

Dr. Munn’s intentions are to incorporate such data and protocols onto a block chain informational system (cryptocurrency), which affords

THE optimum tool for evaluation of data from strategically placed info-situates around the world.,,,,

to resolve these issues with dispatch and compassion.
